Where do I return University's keys?
You can return keys to Clavis service desk through the letterbox (T building, room T433) OR to the locker at the Agora building (address Mattilanniemi 2) Mon-Fri 8-15:30.
University keys must be returned at the latest on the last working day of employment or the expiry of the access right. You can return keys to Clavis service desk through the letterbox (T building, room T433) or to the locker at the Agora building (address Mattilanniemi 2) Mon-Fri 8-15:30. Use entrance on the Hotel Alba side of the Agora building.
In case of problems please contact Clavis service desk.
- Enter Agora building by using your access card. The locker is on the right side of the lobby.
- Present your access card to the touch screen of the locker and press "Vahvista". One locker will open.
- Put the keys (incl. access card) to the locker and close the door.
- Leave the building and make sure to close the door properly.
- Send an email which tells about your returnings to your supervisor and to key-support@jyu.fi.
