Esittely
I am a doctoral researcher in Teacher Education at the Ä¢¹½Ö±²¥, with a background in English language teaching and educational leadership. My research focuses on the professional development of pre-service teachers, particularly in relation to teacher identity, resilience, motivation, and retention. While I maintain a global perspective, my current work investigates the experiences of Finnish pre-service teachers within initial teacher education. I am also interested in the student selection processes for teacher education programs and aim to contribute to the enhancement of these procedures through both theory- and practice-based publications and trainings. I actively engage in academic collaboration, teaching assistance, and dissemination efforts, with a strong commitment to supporting inclusive, evidence-based, and high-quality teacher education worldwide.
