The goal of information design is to present complex information in a way that is understandable and accessible to the intended audience. Closely related to service design, information design is a key factor in the self-service society of today, where citizens are increasingly required to operate complex systems to accomplish everyday tasks. Students will explore the different aspects of information design through practical activities.
