Learning outcomes

On successful completion of this course, student is able to
- describe and explain theoretical approaches and identify factors associated with group processes
- critically examine the different existing approaches in the study of group dynamics
- critically assess the validity of leadership theories
- implement strategies for team building and problem-solving situations

Study methods

Lecture 20 h, Manuscript reviews , final project OR a book exam.

Content

The course includes different aspects of group structure and processes, cohesion and leadership.
