On successful completion of this course, student is able to
- identify the different terminology and theories related with stress
- use different kinds of stress management methods
- reflect about their own experiences and stress management mechanisms
- apply stress management techniques

Lectures (12 hours), practical sessions (6 hours), and assignments
Content
Theoretical approaches to the study of stress and coping. Theory and empirical research will be provided to help students understand how and why effective coping can be achieved through different interventions.
