- identify the significance and roles of public and voluntary sectors in sport development
- compare public sport policies and their implementation
- recognize management practices in sport provided by public and voluntary sectors

Current sport policies, policy-making process, comparison and evaluation of public and voluntary sport sectors and their policies in different countries
