Learning outcomes

Advance the scientific knowledge in different areas of sport coaching, physical training, fitness testing and rehabilitation. After completing the course, students will be able to:
• analyse phenomena in the biology of physical activity and sports medicine that are related to the science of sport coaching and fitness testing
• critically evaluate data related to physical fitness, testing and training

Lectures 30 hours
Report seminar 20 hours
Active participation in lectures and report seminar. Examination of the lectures and seminar. Literature exams according to own schedule.

Content

Special issues of biology of physical activity in coaching and testing. Coaching and testing in selected special populations.
