After completing the course, the student:
- can describe and discuss the main theories in evolutionary ecology and behavior evolution
- can search independently one important study area in evolutionary ecology, and describe the theoretical and practical development and critically evaluate the study area

Attending lectures, seminar presentation and discussing presented topics, exam.
Content
Animal and plant evolutionary ecology, including optimality, game theory, conflicts, mating strategies, parental care, seasonality and life history strategies.
