Learning outcomes
On successful completion of the course, students will be able to:
- explain the main concepts and theories of management and leadership
- examine organizational behavior from individual, group and organizational perspectives
- evaluate management and leadership in different contexts
- describe the basic concepts of strategic management
- evaluate the role of social resonsibility, ethics and values in management and leadership
- evaluate and consider her/his own interest in managerial work
