FYSS7420 Sähköopin erikoiskurssi (10 op)
Osaamistavoitteet
At the end of this course, students will be able to to derive the basic equations of electrodynamics in relativistically invariant language. They have acquired a broad conceptual understanding of the basic ideas behind the Maxwell equations, Lorentz force laws and its description in terms of differential geometry as well as knowledge of electrodynamics in a modern conceptual context (gauge theory and gravity) and learned new mathematical tools for its description.
