Osaamistavoitteet
On completion of the course the student will be able to
- identify and describe major theoretical and practical frameworks of conflict in Intercultural communication contexts
- present and discuss the ways in which conflict differs culturally
- critically analyze, compare and evaluate conflict research and applications
- develop new insights and contributions to conflict approaches both in theory and practice, including ethical considerations.

This course deals with the relationships between conflict and communication, specifically intercultural communication. The course examines the various ways conflict and intercultural communication intersect. Various theoretical and practical issues are discussed.
