After completing the course the student
- has a basic knowledge of the core issues and topics of the multidisciplinary field of applied language studies
- is familiar with the structure and contents of the MA programme
- is familiar with the study methods and practices of the MA programme
- is able to compile a study plan for her/his MA studies
